What is in scope

One store, one bank account, USD only, and one selected calendar month: up to 10 positive reported payouts, 5,000 signed transaction rows, and 2,000 bank-credit rows.

After reviewing a synthetic or redacted sample, the service operator can customize a mapping into the canonical CSV format for your approval. The evidence pack compares transaction net sums with reported payout totals, identifies exact-cent and date-window bank candidates, preserves source-row references, and provides exceptions and a rerunnable local recipe. The free checker does not already map every bank or native export.

Bank matches are candidates, not proof of deposit identification. Ambiguous matches and exceptions need human review. One in-scope correction is included.

Mapping scope and delivery date must be agreed before invoicing. No firm turnaround is promised before acceptance.
